Memorial Day Holiday Schedule
We hope you have a great Memorial Day holiday. All classes will be held at their regular times EXCEPT:
1. Saturday BJJ open mat is from 2:00 pm to 3:30pm.
2. MMA canceled for Monday.
3. Kids BJJ classes canceled for Monday.
Copa NOVA results from May 14, 2011!
Congratulations to Team Yamasaki and its fighters from Fairfax Jiu Jitsu for their outstanding performances at the May 14, 2011, Copa NOVA Jiu Jitsu Championships of Northern Virginia. We had 20 gold, 22 silver, and 20 bronze medals!

Congratulations to Team Yamasaki and its fighters from Fairfax Jiu Jitsu for winning the team title at the January 8, 2011, Copa NOVA Jiu Jitsu Championships of Northern Virginia. That makes 2 team titles in a row for us. We had 19 gold, 17 silver, and 13 bronze medals!
Also, don't forget that Abmar Barbosa starts teaching at Fairfax Jiu Jitsu on February7!!!

Abmar Barbosa coming to FJJ
Fairfax Jiu Jitsu is excited to announce Abmar Barbosa (Robert Drysdale Black Belt, 2010 Pan Am finalist, Asian Open Champion, multiple time Brasiliero champion) will be joining our staff in February 2011. Abmar will bring his innovative, elite level of Jiu Jitsu to our students. FJJ will then have THREE accomplished BJJ Black Belt instructors.
